Camp Trucking, Inc. will gladly refund your payment for services not used based on the following guidelines. All cancellations must be received by the Camp Trucking office far enough in advance so that we can make the necessary adjustments to your records. This ensures that your home/camp will be mapped into the appropriate service area and you receive the quality service you deserve.

The following refund policy applies to services for all baggage/items being shipped:

June service To Camp:
If June to-camp service is canceled prior to June 1st you will receive a full refund for any services not used. After June 1st, and prior to your scheduled pick-up, a $25 service fee is assessed. If you cancel on the day of pick-up or after, there is a $40 service fee.

July Service To Camp:
If July to-camp service is canceled prior to July 1st you will receive a full refund for any services not used. After July 1st, and prior to your scheduled pick-up, a $25 service fee is assessed. If you cancel on the day of pick-up or after, there is a $40 service fee.

July Service From Camp:
If July return service is canceled prior to July 15th, you will receive a full refund for any services not used. After July 15th, and prior to camp pick-up, a $25 service fee is assessed. If you cancel on the day of camp pick-up, there is a $40 service fee.

August Service From Camp:
If August return service is canceled prior to August 1st, you will receive a full refund for any services not used. After August 1st, and prior to camp pick-up, there is a $25 service fee will be assessed. If you cancel on the day of camp pick-up, there is a $40 service fee.

All refunds must be issued to the original payer in the same method as the original payment. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund.
